Procurement Knowledge Sharing

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement activities for our electronics products. This role requires strategic planning, supplier relationship management, and a keen understanding of market trends to optimize purchasing operations.

1. Procurement Strategy:
   • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in the procurement process.
2. Supplier Management:
   • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
   • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
   • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance.
3. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of materials to meet production demands.
   • Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
4. Market Analysis:
   • Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, price fluctuations, and emerging suppliers.
   • Analyze market conditions and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
5. Cost Control:
   • Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
   • Monitor and report on procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
   • Work closely with the quality control team to ensure materials meet required specifications.
7. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
   • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
