Plan a production schedule for the job

Implement and control the production schedule

Weekly requirement plan is distributed to suppliers for critical components.

Ensure availability of raw material at supplier end so that it could not affect daily production.

Monitoring daily in-warding and tracking schedule v/s receipt.

Maintaining records of quality issues faced and their occurrence.

Updating MIS on monthly as well as daily, it will help to track progress on timely basis.

Continuous follow up with suppliers and transporters till receipt of material at plant.

Minimum Level Re-Order Quantity of Raw materials, Semi Finished Goods and Finished Goods as per the Tally Reorder.

Maintaining Repair Trays and Instrument Status and Reporting to reporting Authority.

Maintain Inward and Outward materials Details and Documents.

Ensure all processing materials (RM, SFG & FG) by First in First out (FIFO) system.

Evaluate store stock in every week and maintain re-order level for Raw materials, Semi Finished Goods and Finished Goods.

Generate Raw materials Batch Number after QA verification.

Monitoring & Co-ordination with Planning, Quality Assurance, and Dispatch department to confirm the delivery of targets as per schedule

Meeting the delivery commitments/schedules of internal and external customers

Implementation of an effective production plan

Ensuring quality requirements are met at all stages of manufacturing.

Reviewing the production requirements and systems constantly to minimize idle time, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement.
