1. MRN and invoice checking for consumable, Tool Room Items & Die Development items.
2. System relative activities under internal check function, IATF-16949 thoroughly understanding.
3.  New suppliers /Change in existing suppliers profile understanding & implementation in HIL system.
4. Data preparation for the new ERP System.
5. AS-400 working- Trained.
6. MRN invoice checking in AS-400 for Paid Supply.
7. Data Preparation for the new ERP System.
8. Discussion with ERP Team regarding their requirement.
9. Prepare KRA/Budget/Business plan and Presentation for monthly and quarterly review.
10.  Negotiation with suppliers and revised quotation.
11. Cost comparisons and analysis.
12. Cost reduction by alternate sourcing.
13. Quality terms and delivery timeline follow up with supplier against target.
14. RFQ, Purchase Order generation and amendment as per requirement.
15. Responsible for Departmental Audit.
16. CHA activity understanding for import shipment.
17. Having KAIZEN for cost controlling.

Required Candidate profile

• Candidate Should must be slimier industry.
• Preference only sheet metal
• Having good Knowledge of Vendor Negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills
• Good Knowledge of MS world, Power points and Excel.
