Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and empanel vendors within India and overseas for organization's offerings which may include identity verification, employment background screening, partner due diligence etc.

- Lead vendor negotiations, recommend vendor selection and implement standard procurement process while ensuring maximum value for the business

- Develop & roll out training modules to ensure adherence with company processes and service quality standards by vendors

- Monitor and analyze vendor performance on an ongoing basis to ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs of the contract with clients are strictly implemented

- Maintain contract database and protocol for ongoing vendors.

- Pro-actively work with - Operations - department, product managers & Sales Managers to identify procurement opportunities
