Ok, let's rock! First, since the yeast have converted all the food (sugars) you gave
them in the original boil, we need to give them a tiny bit more so they will carbonate
the beer in the bottle. Dissolve the package of priming sugar in 2 c. water and
boil for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Add the cooled sugar water to the bottling bucket (the one on the floor), making
sure the spigot is tightly screwed in place! Siphon the finished brew from the
secondary bucket (the one on the chair) in with the sugar solution. See how clear it is?!
I guess the gypsum, irish moss, and gelatine really worked! There is a small
amount of sediment in the bottom(about 1/2 inch), so be careful to leave it behind as the level
of the brew drops.

Once again, sterilize everything! All your tools, EVERY last bottle! Yeah I know,
you might feel the need to cut corners, and spending your weekend sterilizing 60
empty beer bottles isn't my idea of FUN either! But hey, you've come this far,
don't do anything to screw it up now!
